i go to this office for a special reason because they are one of the only dr offices that can prescribe the medication i need. so today i call for a refill and have been taking my meds AS PRESCRIBED. i call my pharmacy today at 4:45 to see if they called it in and i was told that my request was DENIED! have no idea why. the office is supposed to be open til 5 but when i call they were closed. shocker. i am going to call them tomorrow and demand a reason as to why my script was denied and after i find out i am going to tell them to shove there practice up there ethnic a##. all the people that work there are terrible. and im done Pros: let me think might be here forever Cons: how long do i have to type. is there a time limit? more

The place has the same thing one the TV. They let certain people come late and others have to reschedule......... Try to rush you thru appts. Don't really care about the patients. Just want the $$$$$. Won't see you when you need to be seen,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Wish there was somewhere else to go but insurance said to go there. Cons: everything more

# User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by ILSA 2001 10/15/2009 worst doctors office EVER!!!! i took my daughter there as her new insurance had assigned this office to her, we went for a well check up. her old pediatricians office was like a resort compared to this out of date and poorly furnished clinic. the waiting area was cold, cluttered and dirty. when we finally were seen my daughter told the nurse that at school they were talking about lice. the nurse told her that ""lice like pretty white girl hair"" like hers and that if she wants to keep the lice away to put some product in her hair because that would keep them out of her hair. when we saw the doctor he talked to us for a few minutes and was ready to leave. i had to ask him to listen to her heart/lungs and check her out. a few weeks later she had joint pain and fever along with sore throat. her fever spiked on friday night and we went to the e.r. they ran a bunch of test and at six a.m. sent us home and told me to call the pediatrician in the morning on monday for results. so monday morning at eight fifteen i called and left a message on the TEST RESULT LINE. at three thirty i called to see what was going on and spoke with a nurse. she told me that she had the results but the doctor would have to call me after four thirty to give me the results. by five thirty no one had called so i tried again and was told the office was closed. i left a message for the on call doctor. i did the same thing again an hour later. finally at about eight p.m. i called and DEMANDED that SOMEONE call me back. a dr. steve bridges did. he was very apologetic. he said he could not get to the results but would call the office and tell the morning staff to get me the results first thing in the morning, all i would have to do is call and they would tell me. so i called the next morning and spoke with a receptionist. she transferred me... to the TEST RESULT MESSAGING SYSTEM. so i called right back. i told her i was supposed to be put through to a doctor and she told me i would not be because they were with patients and would call me after four thirty. i told her i had heard that before, i asked to talk with a manager and she got sabrina on the phone for me. i was telling her what was happening when she rudely cut me off saying she had no idea what i was talking about. i told her i was trying to tell her what i was talking about. she told me dr. bridges had NOT called in and put me on hold. all of sudden i am talking to the nurse from the day before. i asked what had happened to sabrina and she said i had been transferred to her. THEN SHE TOLD ME THE TEST RESULTS THAT THE DAY BEFORE SHE HAD NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO TELL ME. she also told me to follow up with the doctor for more answers as she did not know all of the answers....funny that she could give me information that the day before was ONLY for the doctors eyes!!! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONALLY RUN DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I AM TRYING TO GET MY DAUGHTER INTO ANOTHER OFFICE NOW. after telling a few friends about my experience i have found two friends that have also had bad experiences here. THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT THEY WILL VALIDATE YOUR PARKING FROM THE PARKING GARAGE!!!! more
