I lived here for a few months and every thing was ok, until we decided to go on a vacation. We were gone for two weeks, not too long, but when we got back we had a nice surprise. A few weeks after we returned, I am sitting on my couch and hear someone trying to unlock my door. I jump up and fling the door open to find a very surprised gentleman with lease papers in his hand. They had rented MY apartment out to another person. I proceed to the management office to ask WTF. They tell me that ""someone told them I moved out."" Excuse me, but shouldn't I be the only someone that can tell you I moved out, especially since I was gone for only 2 weeks? But all my stuff was still in the apartment. They thought I left it. And my motorcycle. Apparently, I was so down on luck that I couldn't scrounge up $469 in rent in order to keep my vehicle and everything I own in this world. So we ""straightened"" this out just to get a late charge notice on our front door the next week, saying that our rent is late and that in 2 more days we will be evicted. Funny thing is we were signed up for automatic bank draft. They wanted me to pay $10 a day in late fees because they couldn't AUTOMATICALLY withdraw money from my checking account on time (which, by the way, had enough money in it to pay 5 months of rent)!! So, back down to the office I go, late notice in hand. They try to smooth things over by telling me ""we took you off draft when you moved out."" HAHAHAHAHA, yeah when I moved out. I NEVER MOVED OUT! It's called going on vacation, ever heard of it? The main reason I am writing this review is because, today I received another late notice stuck in my door. And I still have automatic draft, which they've used to take out rent 2 or 3 times since the previous mess up. There is no reason that rent should not have come out, but in two days I will be evicted, apparently. I'm supposed to be talking to the ""manager"" tomorrow. Wish me luck.
Pros: A place to live?
Cons: Monkeys for management
