Cemac Remodeling

I wished I had seen this review before I hired CEMAC. I could not be more dissatisfied with their workmanship. First of all they were very messy, I picked up dozens of nails. They asked to use my shop vac, because they didn't have one! Really, there like $40! Then they broke a skylight, they did however fix it promptly. But when the bump out roof started leaking, they fixed that after a month of calling, but said the Sheetrock on the ceiling would dry and look fine. Then a different skylight started to leak, after a month of leaving messages, a worker randomly showed up to take a look at it. He told me it was leaking around the seal, and it would be replaced at no charge. ""It is definitely the workmanship that caused the leak"" his words. Then after no word from them for another month, I call Corey the owner from a different number and he picked up, surprise, and told me it was leaking directly through the glass, and that is technically not part of the roof, so there is nothing they can do. I also have had no luck with them fixing the interior of the skylights like the other reviewer. I would not have this company roof my dog house, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My family has used a company called Proctor Roofing, they are out of Canadaguia, they did a beautiful job on my in-laws home, which has skylights. Call them if you need a roof! more

Hired Cemac for a roof replacement. Have no problem with the roof, but they did multiple areas of damage to my house. Had broken siding, many scraps and tar marks on the siding from them throwing siding off the roof. They put a hole in my sunroom roof. Gouged my deck in multiple places. They also replace a skylight and didn't center it and have not fixed the interior finish around the skylight They have stopped returning calls and emails. Do not hire these people. They do not respect your property. more
