I would give them a zero stars if I could! I bought my son a cell phone for Christmas through this store in Yucaipa. I spent $230 on it. My son had many problems with it, it was the AT & T Impulse, the phone kept on freezing, it was hard for him to use, and the we barely had service at our house. My son is 11 yrs old and can use an iphone very easily. We NEVER had any problems with an iphone. Any ways, the store has a 30 guarantee, you are supposed to be able to return or exchange a phone if you don't like it or have problems with it. I bought the phone on Dec. 5, 2011 and went in on Jan. 5,2012 to exchange it. The man working their said that it is a 30 day guarantee and it has been 31 days. So he asked he manager, Sterling Rachal, if he could do the exchange and the manager very rudely with no concern or empathy said.""Nope, it's been 31 days."" ,then went back to playing on his cell phone. I then left the store upset and called AT &T and they told me that it is up to the store manager and that they have the ability to over ride the 30 day guarantee if they choose to. So we try to call him back and talk to him and he again very rudely said, ""nope not going to do it"" and refuse to give me his bosses name. AT & T says the store is a retail store so they can not give me a name or phone number for the store's district or regional manager. I am canceling mine and my son's services there, even though it will cost me money to get out of our contracts. I would rather pay the fee then give them ANY MORE of my money then I have to or deal with a business with such little regard for their customers and I would NEVER recommend this store to any one.
