Salesperson was...Taise..something lie that. She was very rude...I attributed that initially to language barrier. She was on the phone -speaking Arabic or Farsi-for a great deal of the time... she was very short and rude. My phone was broken completely and I needed another phone quickly...I purchased a Droid Charge. She presented it to me with a cheap wall charger and no SIM card. After trying to activate the phone, I was told it was incomplete...I called to ask about the Sim card and she *yelled* at me!! She told me to call Verizon and get them to help me. I had just talked to Verizon and they were surprised the salesgirl had not givien me a Sim card or told me I needed one..Verizon told me I had to have a sim card that was different than my Commando memory card. The salesperson did not tell me that so I left with a phone that was not useable, could not get it activated. I feel this salesgirl is rude and very poor in the customer service area.
