I spoke to Mr. Ben Jones (owner of Cellular City) prior to taking my phone in to get the LCD screen replaced (my original LCD screen was cracked). He explained that if I provided the LCD screen, the total cost should be $50.00. So I placed an order through Amazon for the LCD screen. Once the LCD screen arrived on February 20, 2013, I took my phone into Cellular City to have the repair done. He explained that the LCD screen was defective and I would need to order another LCD Screen. He said that he was going to continue to work on my phone to try to get it working.Ordered another part and take the parts there on March 4th, wrong parts, that was when I learned he had damaged my phone worse - he damaged the motherboard and the ribbons. So he had my phone for 2 weeks and damaged my phone beyond repair. I would not take my phone for repair service to that shop after my experience. I have filed 2 complaints - 1 through the BBB and the other through Consumer Affairs. Ben Jones is not professional or ethical, and he completely lied in his response to Consumer Affairs. He does not even acknowledge that he broke my phone beyond repair and wasted my time. Very unprofessional and not a good way to do business. Look for a reputable phone repair place, not this company. He may very well rip you off too.\r
