Cell Spray - AKA Utah Attic Insulation - blew out the wall in my master bedroom when spraying insulation in my walls. The salesman said one installer would be on the inside of my house and the other installer on the outside. Both would have walkie-talkies so they can shut off the spray if there are problems. Well, neither of them had walkie-talkies and both were on the outside of the house when they began. I was watching them and thought there's no way the wall could hold that much insulation, so ran inside, found it coming out all over the floor. Ran back outside and told them to shut it off. They decided maybe one should be on the inside now. I lent them my own walkie-talkies to finish the job.\r

They sent a patch guy to fix the blown out wall. He did come the next day, but it took two days of our bedroom ripped apart with drywall dust everywhere to get it fixed. And then, the paint didn't match and the mud patches over the seams and screws are visible. \r

When the wall was torn apart, we could see that the insulation only made it two-thirds of the way up the wall. When I called the office to complain, I got a sociology lesson about how consumers expect too much from businesses and I would be getting no special treatment from these guys.\r

I do not recommend you let these guys touch your home.
Pros: They try to fix the damage they cause
Cons: Difficult to work with when things go wrong
