This is the best Italian restaurant in Pasadena-NO DOUBT about it. If you are craving for some gooood italian food, look no further: THIS IS THE PLACE.

I have been going to Celestino for about 7 years and unfortunately, the food has not been as good as it originally was. The last few times I thought I would give it another shot,...

Celestino is the best Italian restaurant in Pasadena. Period. And I've tried them all. From the selection of fresh seafood, to the fantastic pasta dishes, to the amazing desserts prepared to perfection, the food is top notch. The wine list is exceptional. Then, consider the exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm service. Finally, take into account that it has elegant, well appointed, yet comfortable surroundings. I've selected Celestino and an excellent place for both my company's meetings as well as to impress a first date. I recommend it with no reservations whatsoever (although, you might want to have some reservations if you plan on going... its very popular!). more

Great Italian Restaurant 9/1/2005

If you like Italian food you have to try Celestino's. They make fresh pastas and fresh fishes daily and the service there is really impeccable. When I went I had the pear tart which was the dessert of the day, I must say that it was divine. I usually need chocolate in my dessert but this was absolutely great. If you go and they have it there, you must get it! more

Italian in Pasadena 8/28/2005

The biology department took us to Celestino when I interviewed for graduate school at Caltech. While the company did not turn out so great, the restaurant was beautiful. The interior is classy and elegant, the food is delicious, and the service is great. The space is on the smaller side but was able to accomodate our group of twenty quite well. more
