Was critical of this church in the beginning, but after attending for some time now, I know that the pastor's teaching is legit. Music is great, stage is eye appealing. Not that it's required but makes for a great show for people who have never been or wanted to go to church. Preaching is truthful and not sugar coated but not harsh. You walk out feeling like you learned something for sure. The teams i.e. music, youth, etc. all help tear down the church at the end of the services and from what I hear- they come in at 8am to set it all up the day before?! Now that's what I call heart. IDK where Mark Holdren is coming from but there's gonna be hypocrites in every church- if you haven't met any it's because they're just better at hiding. I'm not into judging people, I'm into judging myself. This church is awesome- has taught me a lot and the praise and worship has taught me how to go deeper in my relationship with God. (didn't know music could do that to you eh?) ps. the church is now called Celebration Church Salinas and they have a website I think it's celebrationchurchsalinas dot cc (it wouldn't let me write a period symbol so I just wrote ""dot"" lol) AND they're moving to a new building soon- the Century 7 movie theater on Simas St. whoa!!
