This bar has been around for years and has a very loyal crowd of regulars. Cedars is friendly, homey, and a great place to get a few reasonably-priced drinks and hear a band. Tommy, the owner, books the best local and regional rock and indie bands, with occasional surprise visits from well-known indie acts. During the week you’ll find jazz, poetry readings, and DJs. The patio is a nice place to hang out on summer evenings, and the middle eastern food in the restaurant is good, too.
