Cedar Trace Apartments

This complex is the longest I have stayed at any rental complex, & the reason for that is because they are one of the best! I had a VERY bad experience at the previous complex I was renting from. I went in to look at Cedar Trace because of the glowing reviews from friends who had rented from them. When I went in, the staff greeted me right away in a friendly, professional, & non-pushy manner. As I told them of my situation, they told me of the different options they offer & what would work best for me. Since I have moved in, the complex has only improved. The parking lot was redone (with no discomfort) to allow more parking. The pool is excellent & the pool/office house has been remodeled for the residents to use for events. The staff is very friendly & looks out for everyone. Security is great & I have never felt unsafe here. The apartments themselves are roomy & fit all my needs with room to spare! I would suggest to anyone to live here! more

I have lived here since July 2012 and we love it. Office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and nice. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. We have only needed maintenance to come out once or twice and they were quick to respond and fixed the problem promptly! We plan to stay here for at least another year before we buy a house. I would recommend Cedar Trace for someone looking to rent! more

I like the location of Cedar Trace Apartments. It is so close to polaris mall & some great restraunts and movies. The property is well maintained and is safe. more

I am staying in the Cedar Trace Apartments for more than a year and it is a excellent place to live. Very nice management and always provides a prompt and good maintenance support. I will surely recommend to friends and others to stay here. Very very near to Polaris fashion mall and all other major stores. more
