Cedar Square East Apartments

I would not recommend Cedar Square Apartments to anyone unless they want to be pay towing costs many times during their lease. We were parking in our spot during the winter, which is VERY NARROW. Have not been able to park in it since we moved here, because neighbors park and leave NO ROOM for another car to fit between them. At 930 pm the car was towed, no phone call to us to let us know to move the car. NO WARRNING. Also visitors have NO WHERE to park without risking being towed, no matter if the spot is not numbered or not. RIDICULOUS, plus the office staff is clueless on how my car got towed, the on call staff won't answer phones and...hmm..the manager is at another property! GO FIGURE 200 dollars later to get my car, BULL SH*T! more

I would prefer to tell people that if they have visitors that they might not want to park anywhere close to the building. Even though they say they have visitors parking someone still may have the car towed even though there is no apt number on the spot or on the post.....I wouldnt rent here ever again. They also raise your rent after one year no wonder why the first year is so cheap!!!! Pros: has some nice apt features but a bit small Cons: visitors have no where to park more
