Cedar Sinai Medical Group

I really do love Cedars Sinai. I have been going to that facility my entire life, but most recently, my experience was a bit less than. I love my doctor, and his nurse, but I was to have received a call rfrom them regarding results from lab work and it took me 4 times of calling them before I got my answer. I sometimes feel like the personal touch has been removed from the facility, because there are so many patients now. It makes me sad to think that my doctors that have known me my entire life can't even remember to call with test results when they have said they will. I keep going back, but my patience is growing thin. I really hope they change soon otherwise they will find that their great reputation will be changing. The doctors that my wife and I have had at Cedars Sinai Medical Group have been very good. Their office is another matter. Recently, I was unable to make an appointment for my wife to see her doctor.
