I have a relative that lives at cedar heights..The manager is a total nightmare..i would not recommend this as a 'quiet place to retire'. The manager, Jan, is a pill popper who regularly shakes down tenants for pills..passes out on her desk..has been taken to the hospital forpill abuse..is on probation for dui, has no drivers license, walks around spaced out, allows tenants relatives to prop open the back doors with rocks so they can come in without a key..i actually saw this myself..,allows tenants families to live with them for months at a time and actually buys pills from these family members.she allows unauthorized personnel in her office where the tenants personal info is filed..her office is a cluttered nightmare..she 'resolves' disputes between tenants telling the complainee who the complainer is..thus causing hard feelings..the head office refuses to do anything about this problem saying everything has to be documented..well i would say passing out on the floor of her office and having an ambulance take her to the hospital is enough..but noooo..she is still there and has passed out since that day..no , I would not recommend cedar heights to anyone...i am not allowed to use certain words..so i substituted a certain word with 'pill'.
Pros: everything but the manager
Cons: the manager
