Excellent Service 12/11/2013

I have been going to Cedar Creek for over 10 years. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. My cat recovered from a major surgery and is doing great. Dr Marjara is kind and empathetic. I would recommend Cedar Creek to all. more

I went to Dr. Marjara for years with my animals and she always did a wonderful job. Over the last 6 months of 2012, though, her level of dedication has changed dramatically. I have been turned away for appointments many times because she needs to leave by noon or told that she was out for the entire day. I have had the excuses of house shopping, running errands, etc. I used to be able to count on her but I have had to seek out other veterinarians for help for my beloved pet. Her own staff has made comments to me that she is out so often they are having trouble dealing with it. I also discovered after frequenting other veterinary hospitals, that her prices are much, much higher than the others. So, yes, she is a good veterinarian, but if you need someone you can count on for long term care, I would recommend seeking someone different. more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS! 7/8/2010

I'm pretty sure their "doctor", Inderjit Marjara only has her license from from a third world country. I have been the happy parent to 4 cats in my lifetime, and when I adopted my 5th I took him to Cedar Creek for a neuter and front declaw. I opted for their "advanced" laser surgery that claimed "greater precision, faster healing time and less bleeding" than the traditional scalpel. My poor kitten was in bandages for weeks and pain medicine for a month. When I picked him up 3 days after surgery- longer than I've ever waited to pick up my other cats- his white paws and legs caked with blood. The Vet Assistant said he'd been crying non stop while in their care, but they did nothing to comfort him. As it turns out they CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO PET AND HOLD YOUR ANIMAL!!! She then handed me a bill for nearly $500. Pros: Anita is great. She deserves to work for a better Vet Cons: Terrible animal care, OUTRAGEOUS costs more

we have been taking our pets there for three years, after we moved from lakewood, this place has no comparison!, their standards are great, your pets recieve by far the best possible care available in town, i love my pets and i expect them to get the same standard of care that i would want if i went to a hospital, i was amazed at the kind of service my dog received during her stay, you can tell the staff adores animals! Pros: very clean and up to date, friendly, no shortcuts taken! more

Too expensive 12/21/2009

We took our cat to clean his teeth and they said if there is an extraction then it will be between 20-50 and for a cat it should be on the lower end of that. They called during the procedure and said it would be 56. I do not like how they made it sound cheap and then the actual price was more then the highest number given. I feel deceived. Last year, I felt they were too expensive when we took our puppy in to get her fixed and shots. I should have listened to my gut then. My mother-in-law had just made a comment supporting the same feeling a few days ago. We are switching. Cons: They like to take your money more

The best service we have ever received...we were just passing through town when our pet fell ill and we needed urgent care. The staff at Cedar Creek were extremely professional and caring; not only with our pet lab but willing helped us make arrangements for our unplanned overnight stay. They made us feel right at home! If you are looking for a small personal clinic for your pet/s I would highly recommanded Cedar Creek; they have the latest machines and technology available. Pros: personal service, great location, and friendly caring staff! Cons: None more

I agree with the first review , this place rocks!, they saved my dogs life after another vet had given up,and i will never forget it, this was on a weekend too. I only wish human doctors were as good! Pros: very caring and personal Cons: need more like them! more

boy, talk about efficiency and service, my pets have had nothing but the best, this clinic has great personel, over 30 years experience and also have a personal service where your pet is given 1:1 service after any procedure and you receive 1/2 hourly updates from them too. Pros: small size, big service, very personal Cons: none more

This is a good place to take your pet. They seem to care and are interested in your pet health. They worked my pet in when I had an emergency, and explained what was going on. more
