Ordered at the end of November, the same deal as RodShah had - paid $350+, got a 5 week delivery estimate and then heard nothing until I queried them third week in December. Got a reply that they were filing for bankruptcy - sounds like a clear case of taking the money and running. \r SHAME ON THESE KNUCKLEHEADS!!! more

Ordered a mission secretary from them on e-bay and paid for it. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks to build and ship. Contacted them for a status update the week of Thanksgiving and they repsonded it would ship the following week. After not hearing back from them on the shipping I contacted them again. I received a generic e-mail response that they had gone out of business and should contact credit card for refund. I can understand times are tough, but they out right lied all along the way. They were taking orders and stealing money from shoppers right up until they locked their doors. I hope they're prosecuted for theft & fraud. more

We shopped everywhere here in the RKE Valley and even Highpoint Carolina to fine a reasonable priced Kitchen Island. We wanted to stick with the Mission Craftsman Style. We ended up on the internet looking at the myclassicfurniture site and found exactly what we had been looking for. We paid less than 2000.00 delivered and it is real wood. The craftsmanship is excellent and the color turned out just right. Communication was difficult at times. We were told up front that the order would be 8-12 weeks for delivery and it did take 10 weeks from the time our deposit was placed until we received a tracking number. Delivery came by appointment but the item was crated so we had to put it into the garage. I would have preferred delivery inside but that was an extra 100.00.\r \r more

We found them on ebay when looking for a corner cabinet. I found one that fit my corner space and had it finished to match my cabinets. Even though the corner cabinet is pine the color matches my Kraftmaid maple cabinets. We will be buying a dining set soon. more

My bedroom remodel is complete. Robin worked with me to make sure all the options and details were explained. I normailly don't give revues but this company treated me very well and the furniture turned out excellent! more

Ceanna Rita's Treasures is the worse Internet shopping experience one can experience. I paid my first 50% installment for my order on March 9, 2010 and after repeated lies of being told my funiture was being shipped...it finally arrived on September 8, 2010. A mere six months! What I received was FAR from what I ordered. I ordered a bench with storage to receive a bench without storage. I ordered a maple sofa table to receive a oak table. The final piece ordered which was a mirror with coat hooks arrived in closest to my expecation but like all the other pieces, its color stain was far off from the stain sample I sent them. Anguish and disappointment sums up my whole experience. more

I ordered and paid for a bookcase from Ceanna Rita's Treasures on July 7, 2010 and was given a ""due date"" of August 20, 2010. \r \r I tried to contact them in mid-August to try to find out if the ""due date"" meant completion date, shipping date, or the date I would receive my bookcase. None of my telephone calls were ever answered or my messages returned (despite what their answering machine recording says). \r \r My third e-mail was responded to only after I mentioned to them that my return receipts showed that they were actually reading them. That e-mail, from a Paul Davis, said that ""Your bookcase will be ready for me to pick up next week"".\r \r Move forward to September 10, 2010. Still no bookcase, so I wrote asking for specifics on the shipping process so I would know when the bookcase would arrive. Again, a one sentence answer from Paul Davis, ""Your item has been packed up and will be on the way"".\r \r I am writing this review on September 21, 2010...still no bookcase, and no further information has been offered by this business on when it will arrive.\r \r I would recommend anyone considering doing business with Ceanna Rita's Treasures to Google their name and read some of the reviews that I wish I had read before I ordered my bookcase. Their pattern of ignoring customers appears to be an on-going problem. \r \r I'll post another review concerning the quality of my bookcase at a future time...assuming I ever get it.\r more

I ordered a cabinet from Ceanna Rita's Treasures/myclassicfurniture in early June and was told it would ship within four weeks. It's now early September and I still haven't received it. They don't return phone calls and every time I email I'm told ""it's in the finishing stage...it'll go out by the end of the week."" Completely unprofessional. Robin worked with me via email and phone to create a unique cabinet that matches my other furniture style and color. \r \r I am very happy with the price I paid. We spoke with a cabinet shop in Roanoke that said the price would be well over what I ended up paying.\r \r Delivery was excellent. The furniture came crated wich took a while to unpack but we def. appreciated all the effort to protect it on the trip down to VA.\r \r Pros: Very Knowledgeable Design, Reasonable Price Cons: 8 Weeks to complete/though updated along the way. more

When I found they had the best price on the Morris Recliner I expected they would Gouge me on Shipping. Delivery to California was only 190.00 and other sites quoted over 300.00. I am thankful for the deal I received. It took a little longer than expected 8 weeks but when it was ready they sent me photos and shipped it with tracking. Delivery was better than I expected. The driver helped me get the furniture into the home which was not promised. Pros: Quality and Reasonable Price more

The sales manager worked with me to provide a custom bed that would fit my Mattress set. I liked a specific style but needed it to fit my lifestyle and that is what they provided. Overall Pleased and will use them in the future. Pros: Furniture is Excellent Quality and Excellent Service Cons: Furniture had to be built as it was custom so it took weeks more

we found the item on ebay...then went to the owners website and found it sold for less when we buy directly through them vs. through ebay. communication was slow and difficult. we too were posed with the idea that we were not receiving their emails. we WERE receiving the emails, they just said the furniture was slow to build by the amish vendor. however one week they say it was shipping, then the next week they still hadn't received it from manufacturer. and now, we are still waiting for the hardware that goes with the cabinet...\r It is a very nice piece of furntiture, however we have a distaste due to the slow communication and delivery...\r buyers beware... I really do like the furniture I have bought from this place but when I order it in Nov of 2009 and get it in Feb of 2010, there's something not right.And this was the second order, so I gave them a second chance to prove that it was just a accident.\r Communication was not very good either, when confirming an order or answering questions regarding an order.\r We will not do any more business with this firm, which is a pity since I really thought the furniture was pretty good. Every single piece is hand-made, 100% wood. If they don't have the wood or stain you like in-stock, you can special order to meet your needs. I have several pieces that I absolutely adore. Living in a new build with granite counters and all the bells and whistles, these timeless pieces still fit like a glove and I will have them with me always! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
