Great Service! 6/16/2011

I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving from Cbeyond. Only thing I need is for them to Speak to me using words that I understand, not techno-speak. I am the owner, not an IT person. I had to have our IT consultant act as translator. Other than that...keep up the good work! more
