I would give them a ZERO if i could! Worst communication people ever. The sales person who sold us the service promised a service they don't even provide! Then when we tried to cancel or get help they kept telling us they would call back. They never did. We had to call every day for a month, and still nothing back. When we finally got a hold of the person that could help they told us we need 30 days to cancel! We had already been calling for a month to cancel! After that they still waited weeks to return emails or phone messages. They also said they would help us switch back over to our previous provider and lied about that too! They are the WORST Company EVER! Never have received help to any of our problems. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!! more

Everything has been flawless so far. We were moving and the work order was accidentally deleted from their computer with our previous phone company and then they refused to provide service when we needed it. CBeyond stepped in and made sure everything happened for our move and on the dates we needed. We couldn't be happier. more
