Caz Limo

I called Caz Limo to get some details and they never teturned my calls. I though that maybe i had not been clear with my phone number so i called again and emailed them. They said they would get back to me within 2-3 days and they never did. I ended up using S and S Limo and they were great. I would go with anyother company besides Caz more

I manage and own a collegiate baseball team in Central New York. I have used Caz Limo for road trips and will continue to use this company as much as I can.They are accomodating, professional and courteous. The drivers were super and the buses top shelf. I'm in a wedding that is using Caz Limo's. Not only did they use them for the wedding, they used them for a wine tour for the wedding party. The maid of honor isn't from the area, and when making plans for the bachlorette party, just went with them thinking they'd be the best option. They gave her a $100 discount, but were STILL $250 higher than everyone else. Unfortunately, she didn't know better and gave them a deposit. I called immediately, and they wouldn't do anything to help us with the price or credit the newly placed deposit. It was more economical to cancel with them, lose our deposit, and book with someone else. SHOP AROUND PEOPLE! Caz Limo is way over priced. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They made a mistake with a trip that I booked which resulted in the OWNER of the company telling me "you can shove your head up your ass." I will never do business with them again and I hope you don't either. Pros: Nothing Cons: Unprofessional, ignorant, lack of customer service skills more

Jeff was amazing- He showed up a few minutes early with a big smile on his face and said that he is 100% here for me on my wedding day. He was so happy to help and after the church when it was raining- He EVEN walked all of our guests out to the parking lot w/ umbrellas!!! When our photog went MIA for our Rose Garden pictures, Jeff stepped up and used a friend's digital camera to take all of our formal pictures!!! AND they even came out great!!! I cannt say enough about how pleased we are with Caz Limo... We expected a nice Limo Ride and got EXCEPTIONAL service that went way beyond our expectations. Thank you for helping to make our day so special! Pros: EVERYTHING about this company!!! Cons: I wish we had invited the driver to our reception b/c he was tons of fun! more
