Editorial review from Citysearch 2/8/2014

The owner of this company, Curtis, and his ex-con employees have ZERO INTEGRITY, tact, or intelligence! \r \r He took it upon himself to move MY trailer sitting outside my house, in Katy, TX, on 2/6/2014, with his bobcat, dropping it in front on my mailbox in the middle of a residential street 2.5 FEET from the curb; It's is a 16' long x 9' tall trailer!\r \r When I asked who moved my trailer, the Yankee, ""gangster"" ex-convict employee said ""I did, what are you gonna do about it?"" After calling the police + discovering WHO was responsible, I found out the owner was there on site the whole time!! \r \r Due to sheer arrogance (""b/c he moves trailers everyday"" - Curtis, the owner), laziness (they couldn't ring my doorbell... I was home with the truck in the driveway), + lack of authority (he said he told his guy not to do it but watched him do it anyway).\r \r We have been very friendly as we have chosen, thus far, not to file criminal charges. \r \r You can't just pick up a car with a towing trailer + move it because it's ""possible"" to do. The excuse he gave me was that the bobcat ""had a ball"". How do you even rationalize that! My truck has a ball too. Should I move his trailer somewhere that requires he pay $3k in damages? Would you would feel highly disrespected + irate, would you not?\r \r There were items in the trailer not packed to be moved around; He cracked the rounded original glass on curio cabinet from the 1900s, damaged the finish on multiple pieces (which takes hour and hours to repair), and damaged my trailer. Furniture flies around unless it is secure. He couldn't see what was inside with a lock on the door! He did not know that it wasn't secured. He didn't know anything but that your bobcat ""had a ball"" + using zero judgement decided to take it upon himself to damage my private property and then to top it all off... left it IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET!!!! 2 + 1/2 FEET AWAY FROM THE CURB!!!\r \r We're not cold, mean, or vindictive people. We don't have any desire to harm him, his reputation, or pocket book. HOWEVER, I DO have a desire to be compensated for the damages he caused + I will use the power of the law in any way necessary until he pays for what he did. His crew is reckless + he has ZERO integrity you bring to the table.\r \r Every action come with a consequence... Good or bad. He screwed up, made a bad call, and caused me over $3000 (if quoted elsewhere I assure you it would be much higher... I am cutting him a break bc I refinish furniture). \r \r I explained to Curtis ALL of this + his response was ""he has a lawyer"". \r \r All I wanted was his insurance information or the money to pay for the damages he caused. This guy shows up to do a job on a lot that has been vacant for years and thinks he owns the street! I have been more than nice + explained to him if he didn't take care of the situation I would let everyone know of his ethics + will have my insurance sue him. His response, I've never been sued before! Really? Own up to it + get it over with + don't do it again! \r \r We have witnesses + a video of this being done! \r more
