These little shops totally saved me on Valentine's Day. My girlfriend was thrilled with the gift basket from the cheese shop and the homemade sweets from the kitchen next door. Everything was delicious and the rose champagne from the wine cellar topped it all off! Can't recommend these guys enough! more

Gift basket heaven 3/3/2011

Good: First off the service is fabulous! I went in over the holiday's to have gift baskets made up for clients. Not only were they beautifully done up they were stuffed with goodies. My clients are still thanking me for them. The selection of cheese and products makes Cavaniola's not only top notch but your one stop, well, market with amazing prepared foods, fresh breads and cheeses and unbeatable prices and selection in their wine shop.. Bad: Wouldn't change a thing.. Other: Make sure you check out Cavaniola's for all you party needs they also make amazing cheese trays and appetizer platters.. more

Cheese Shop 8/14/2005

With the focus on exotic cheeses from all over, Michael and his wife have brought intimate knowledge and an urge to share and talk cheese with anyone who walks in. Tasting of cheese is mandatory and everyone is urged to try any cheese open for any customer. Great selection of various gourmet items in a true French setting. Take your panini of say, sopresatta, fontal cheese, and roasted red peppers out into the garden and enjoy one of Sag Harbors secret gems. more
