This place is the real deal...BEST PIZZA IN DALLAS by far! The crust is light and chewy, perfect sauce and the toppings are all fresh. But my favorite is the FRESH MOZZARELLA yes folks that's right it's fresh not processed and OH SO GOOD. The staff was great and the place is clean. Okay, calling a restaurant that does not serve American food ""authentic"" (whether it is chinese, italian, brazilian, zimbabwian- whatever) has become somewhat of a fad, and, in my humle opinion, way overused. Too many people have no idea what they are talking about, and hence, most of these assessments have been plainly wrong (for example, if I have to hear one more time that Maggianos is ""authentic"" Italian food, I may have to inflict bodily harm upon the person who says it...). Having said this and also stated that I have been to Italy on about ten occasions in my life so far, I COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE PIZZA AT THIS PLACE IS TRULY A-U-T-H-E-N-T-I-C! Italian!!!! The difference between their pizza here in good ole' DFW and the pies I have eaten in restaurants in Rome, Milan, Pisa, Florence, Verona (?) etc. is so minuscule, that one can actually use this overused predicate and not feel bad about it... Pros: try the pizza- you will agree :) Cons: not the nicest atmosphere more
