I found Caution Sharp through an Internet search. Tom, the owner, was quick to reply to my inquiry and helpful in guiding me to his business. Being new to Chico, I was unfamiliar with the area and had trouble locating his shop initially. Tom went the extra length to not only verbally give me directions on the phone but to also write them, succinctly, in an email for me to follow. more

I Trust Only Caution Sharp 3/30/2010

You would have a hard time complaining about Caution Sharp. He has sharpened my tools for some time now and I am completely satisfied with hiss work. His new location is just fine with me. Pros: Perfect work Cons: Dosen't charge enough more
