Good Steaks! 4/13/2006

Although Cattlemens is a chain restaurant, they do make darn good steaks! It is always crowded at Cattlemens, but you can order a drink or appetizer and wait in the saloon before heading out towards the restaurant. There are TVs in the saloon as well, if you want to catch a game. The steaks come with baked potato, beans, and fresh baked sourdough bread. The steaks are all Harris Ranch meats and consistently delicious. Each time I've gone to Cattlemen's I've had a pleasant experience, and the service has been good. Sometimes you'll have to wait, but I think it's worth it. more

It operates more than five outlets throughout California and provides a range of appetizers, desserts and wines. Cattlemens Restaurants also provides catering services for various social events, including bridal showers, reception parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and business seminars. Its menu includes a variety of salads, pasta, sandwiches, hot dogs, buffalo wings, shrimps, steaks, cheesecakes and ice creams. Cattlemens Restaurants also features a general store that maintains a collection of apparel, gift items and accessories. In addition, the restaurant supports several community and charitable organizations. Cattlemens Restaurants maintains a location in Redding, Calif.
