We recently spent THOUSANDS of $$ on the Cat Guard System by Cats Eye. We were guarenteed that the mouse issue would be solved for good. Immediately after they installed the system, we could hear mice activity in the attic. We had several different crews come out at several different times however we could still occasionally hear scratching inside the walls. We were reasurred they were not mice... wind, shoddy carpentry, anything but mice. more

so we had raccoons in the attic of our sleepy hollow lake home that were aggressive & needed to be removed. we called on catseye pest removal & rob gill our salesman was very pleasant & informative & we decided to have the job done. while the job was being done we also needed to have some plumbing done & called our lake resident neighbor plumber. after catseye was finished we noticed that 4 wind chimes that were hanging on our deck were missing & contacted mr gill. he told us that catseye was bonded but that they used transient workers on our job & that they would take $$ off of our balance. transient workers??? no amount of $$ can replace my windchimes which were all given as house gifts & cannot be replaced!!! & also when we spoke w our plumber he said that he never saw any workers @ our home when we were told that they would be working for the week. more

So I contacted cats'eye along with several other pest control outfits to take care of a bad mouse problem. I decided to go with cats'eye because they offered a program that no else did. In the end the crew was terrific, they eliminated the mice and then sealed up my home with their Cat-guard product. It looks good and has worked like a charm so far. Thanks again to the crew at cats'eye, they were a delight. more

Catseye came to our house to treat for bees. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone assured me that the problem would be taken care of and the house would be sealed so that the bees did not come back. more

They have a guy there that is the best Wildlife expert I have ever seen, We have battled squirrels for years using everyone in the Capital District, They would catch the squirrels, but within a month they were back home in my attic. I called Catseye after seeing one of there catchy commericals, they sent out there wildlife guy to set traps, at first I thought this looks familiar, But they go much further then that they permantly sealed that entry hole and all other areas they could get back in, Its been over a year and no more squirrels in this attic. Thanks to the great job by that Wildlife guy !! more

I recently hired catseye pest control for services and all I can say is ""what a breath of fresh air"". I have had pest control for over 10 years with numerous companies that can't get the job done. Most companies spent about 20 minutes at my house and always showed up late with different people (weird people). Catseye spent more time and they are very, very professional. They cost a little more then the competition but it is WAY worth it. The quality is much better then what I have ever had and they completely eliminated my problem. They also did a great job for my sister and next door. I would recommend catseye to anyone, they really are great! Pros: Very professional, on time, very detailed, high quality service, determined to solve my problem Cons: cost a little more but it's worth it more
