I've always been very happy with the service here. This particular time I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. Not happy!

I have taken my Honda ody. Since my new car oil changes expired. I have had all my maintenance service work done there. They are very good about letting you know when something is due. They have always been pretty fair about the price and if something has been done and goes bad they take care of it right away. I am usually able to get my oil changes done is 1/2 hour or less when I make an appointment. more

Location 11/1/2013

Last visit was not as good as usual. Had grease all over stearing wheel, on the hood and door of the car. Unusual long waiting period for oil change, 1. 5 hrs, service tech pulled wrong work order with my keys, so he had to write in all info.. Very dissatisfied this visit. more

oil is 1/4" over the full mark. There is a good reason it states DO NOT OVERFILL. I have mentioned this in the past but do I have to remind you every time? more
