I have used Cathy's Rum Cakes Caterers For 26 Years! They have always exceeded my expectations. Big Or Small Cakes They have always been excited to design and make my cakes. I just picked up one of their over-the-top cakes - the smallest 6 inch. You might see it on their website - the ""Arizona"" Birthday cake with the cacti!\r I had to re-schedule my party - and even though it was the smallest cake - Cathy's was more than accomodating - they re-scheduled my cake and it was truly amazing - Peach Amaretto!\r Beware - there are other knock-off companies that claim to make a rum cake just like Cathy's! One even mimicked their logo. They can't! Not in taste or design. They Never use fondant or buttercream - any company that says they do and they make a cake just like Cathy's is a knock-off.\r This isn't Ace of Cakes or Cake Boss - this is way Superior - This is Cathy's Rum Cake Caterers - 100% cake and a whipped cream masterpiece. How Cathy can make whipped cream look like fondant is a miracle!\r I will be using Cathy's Rum Caterers For Another 26 Years!\r Pros: Integrity In Customer Service, Best Rum Cake! Original Cathy's Rum Cake Caterers Has The Best Rum Cake! 11/28/2009

Cathy’s Rum Cake Caterers Cupcakes are incredible. I ordered them at Cathy’s Phoenix Store - custard filled, they are a perfect size! And, I ordered a huge 16” round cake for my mother and fathers anniversary. The cake served 100 people and they showed at the original Cathy’s in Chandler how to slice it. The cake was strawberry French vanilla - light yet still decadent. Very moist too. Cathy always does such a nice job! Pros: Best Cupcakes And Rum Cakes! Cons: I Wish There Was A Cathy's Rum Cake Caterers Down My Street! more
