Cathy's was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service. The lady that they sent over - May - is an incredibly hard-working, friendly person who really made sure to get my apartment as clean and organized as possible. \r \r Originally I signed up to have Cathy's clean my apartment once a month, however the service is so great that I now have them send over May every two weeks. \r \r I couldn't be happier with the service and have recommended them to several friends.\r \r more

Cathy came to our house only once by herself in June 2005. After that she would miss appointments she made with us. One time she sounded drunk when she called to say she could not come that morning. My wife fired her and we have never heard from her since. more

BEWARE Kathy?s Cleaning Service of Annapolis: I was weary of Kathy?s because they said they would send only one person, but that all would be OK because she is an exceptional cleaner. They sent a recently unemployed off office worker who was dog tired from taking care of a chronically ill husband. She got about 30% done in the allotted time. When I complained, Kathy?s cut the price due to the poor results I offered to send a check (as I did not trust them to charge the correct amount to my credit card). At this point the owner became rude and told me ?I?ll just send you to collections?. Today the bill for the wrong amount arrived at my house as well as a notice from a collection agency. It has been less than 3 weeks. As I suspected, the amount owed was higher than the agreed amount. Cons: hard sell more
