Staff was surly, acted like they didn't want to be there. No consistent use of gloves for food handling, and several cross-contamination issues were observed as a result. Staff ate and drank during event, and took smoke breaks without washing hands when they returned. One server ate while they handed out plates. Very unprofessional and very defensive when questioned. Staff can be violent, as one catering staff member physically attacked an employee of a facility when they asked Narvell about glove use while the others verbally attacked. Be wary of Narvell and her poor choice of staff.

Cons: the staff will attack you if you talk about them and Narvell enables dangerous behavior
