The best chips and salsa, refried beans in town! I have been eating here for three years now at least once a month, if not more. The seafood dishes reign supreme (shrimp tostada, ceviche, whole fried fish, oysters), but the shredded beef enchiladas haunt me as well. True, sometimes the service is slower, but I think worth the wait. A family owned and operated place, Catalina is a matriarch and business maven. I like the high quality of ingredients (meats especially) and authentic seasoning.
