Wow !!! I love this place !!! 5/9/2012

For the first time, I brought my 4 cats to Cat Care Hospital after I had a bad experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. At Cat Care Hospital, Dr Rowell and Sheena who she is a vet tech are absolutely nice and sincere. Yes, FOUR cats?. They are very attentive, take the time to explain issues to us and are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They give great advice but aren?t pushy like the Banfield. It was a little on the expensive side but I wouldn?t want to take my cats anywhere else. I felt comfortable on how they handle all my cats. One of my cats, Six-Pack is a little mean but I was amazed that they were able to calm him down. I am glad that I found this place. Thank you, thank you, thank you forever Dr Rowell and Sheena !!!! more

My research shows that Cat Care Hospital charged anywhere from 30% to 50% MORE for treatments and medicine that anyplace else in town would have. Additionally, I spent over 2 hours there for fairly routine work when there was only one other person / patient in the hospital. And in the category of ""Things That Make You Go Huh,"" I find it an amazing coincidence that so many of the positive 5-star reviews posted in the past four months come from users who all happen to shop at the same places -- Cat Care Hospital, Leather Creations and one of three Collision Centers (depending on the month of posting). more

My cat Tabitha had been sick for several days before I took her to cat care hospital. The vet discovered a piece of thread under her tongue which she had swallowed and was the reason she couldn't eat. After surgery to remove the string she is back home and doing so well. Thank you so much for saving her life! more

HORRIBLE, RUDE, CURT, WOULD NOT REFER!!!!! 4/18/2012

I was referred to this place by someone, who elected to go to another vet, but did not share why she left. Well after several months of service, I'm leaving because the staff is rude and when you have testing the customer has to call to get the results. It's not what I'm looking for for myself and for my fur baby. Also, I don't like paying for speculation which is extremely costly (prices are higher than other cat vet facilities). No customer service her and prices are too high! more

I have been taking my cats to Care Care Hospital for almost 11 years. I have never known a vet more caring and compassionate them Dr.Rowell. The staff is always helpful and care for my cats as if they were their own. All my cats are healthy and happy because of Cat Care! more

Dr. Rowell and staff are always gentle and take good care of my kitty and have since he was a baby. Dr. Rowell has kept him in good health all these years. He's 12 years old now. more

Wish took my cats there long time ago 1/29/2012

Dr. Roswell is the best ""Cat"" vet. I am just glad that I took my cats to Cat Care Hospital after I had a terrible experience with a local vet who doesn't specialize in cats. She and her staff *know* about the cats. I wish that I took my cats at there long time ago. Because of my bad experiences with one of my cat die, I would never take my cats anywhere else. They understand the cat diseases that other vets rarely see and understand the importance of cat diet. I highly recommend anybody take their cat to this place. The staff are so wonderful. I love the clinic because I feel that everything is just about cats. You have to take your cat there and see this place.. more

use to be a good place 1/27/2012

I went there with my two cats for awhile. In the beginning it was a good place and I really like Dr. Rowell. Then every time I went there was a different doctor. One day I called to say my 12 week old kitten was very sick. They did not have any Vets in the office at the time, only technicians. When my pet is sick, I want a licensed doctor looking at him, not a tech. I was very upset. I ended up calling another Vet that day and they took me in without an appointment. I ended up transferring all my records to my new Vet and this one never cared to call me and check up on my sick kitten. I would never go back to this place more
