Casualties Skate & Snow

Well, apparentlly there are some harsh feelings from the above review. However, as previous reviewer's fantastic use of educated words like ""d-bags"" and irrelevant information about employees lessen his credibility as someone who knows good customer service. Being in the midwest, and a snowboarder at that, I know good customer service when I see it. Being a frequent of Modern Skate & Surf, I have found that Casualties had excellent service for being such a small shop. The owners, as I discovered, were National competitors for snowboarding in the 90's, which makes me happy to know that I purchased from a core-shop. Marquette Mountain has night riding for cheap, and I was happy enough to see the guys out on the hill the same night as I purchased my board from them. Experienced staff who simply has fun with snowboarding, and its refreshing to see. As they stated to me, they were snowboarders before they were salesmen, and I will vouch for that motto. Great shop, great staff, definately have my buisness whenever I'm in Upper Michigan. more

Casualties loves the sausage, i put an extreme recommendation towards this shop if you like the poor service . wallie is very fat and knows nothing about snowboarding or skateboarding and probly couldnt even stand on a skateboard. GROUND ZERO on the other hand has the best skate team out of the two stores, there only skater that is good is alex wickstrom. they where lucky to have him. SO I EXTREMLY RECOMMEND ON NOT GOING TO CASUALTIES they try to sell you stuff you dont need, THEY ARE DOUCHE BAGS.\r \r they are money hungry pigs. they dont care about you they care about the money Pros: store bites Cons: store bites more
