PLEASE READ MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....You are just a number to these people......First, let me say 3 years ago I bought a brand new car from this dealership....my sales representative was nice, however the finance representative was rude. The service manager was dropped the ball on me a few times with my vehicle for service. The last 3 years I hardly had any problems with my car, so on Saturday, November 23, 2013 I was looking to purchase either a Malibu or Impala brand new and decided that my bad experience was a long time ago, so lets give them another chance. When we walked in we told the sales person that we very serious buyers and we were going to buy a car this day, and they also knew that we purchased a car from them 3 years ago. They came back with a really low offer on trade-in from the car I purchased for them, but I only wanted $500 more. The manager was extremely rude and told us when we did not like the trade in price he offered that "we better change our attitude" We WERE NOT rude to him at all, but they have such an attitude in that dealership where they are doing us a huge favor by selling us a car, instead of offering good customer service. We walked out and we have never done that before. I did purchase a car this day, but not from this dealership. All they had to do was just be nice, but they lost a sale. I purchase a ATS Cadillac from Dimmett, instead of purchasing a car from Castriota Chevrolet. Dimmett did give us more for our trade-in by $750 then Castriota and gave us great customer service. Normally, I let these kind of things go and don't take the time to write a review, but I am still stunned by how badly we were treated. There are so many other dealership out there, PLEASE buy from someone who will appreciate your business! more

I bought a vehicle from Castriota Chevrolet. I had a wonderful experiance there staff is friendly and Helpful. I love my new to me vehicle i have had it now for about 1 year and it is great. I will tell all my friends and family that if there shopping for a vehicle they can go there for a great deal and great customer service. more

Their service department did an oil change on our 2007 VW Passat before we purchased the car. It cost us hundreds of dollars to undo the damage from their service department putting too much oil into the engine, and the wrong type of oil.Numerous message left for Tom Castriota have gone unreturned. Emails have been ignored! Their Comptroller, offered me $150.00 for something that cost me over $400.00 in parts, and dozens of hour in labor. I got a kick out of the letter we received from Anita Castriota thanking us for our purchase and telling us how they are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. Their website says they check every used car with a 117 pt safety inspection. I guess their lube tech figures he's providing extra value by putting too much oil into the engine. The part that really bugs me is on their website. This guy touts his Military service as a reason to trust him. I belong to a National Organization dedicated to serving Veterans and Service men and women alike. We provide Honor Guards at funerals where we shield the families from Protester's who seek to disrupt the funerals. To use your Military Service to gain trust, and then dump on those who trusted you is low!!! Do not buy a car from this company! If you're dissatisfied, they don't even answer the freekin phone! more

To start with this dealership is lacking in so many areas. The staff are very rude and don't seem to care about their customer. The parts department is not very accurate and have messed up many orders for people I have known. It is a small dealership with not many vehicles to choose from. I have never know a person to be happy with this place. more

I have gone here car shopping with my dad a few times and unfortuantely each time it seemed that the sales rep didn't know the current sales promotion for the dealership. We also felt they employed some shady tactics, but that's common at most dealerships. We've also had cars serviced there before with never a problem, so it deserves a 3 star rating... more
