I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. To start, I got a deal off Groupon. When I called, the same day that I purchased the Groupon, they were already scheduling appointments a month out. A few days before my appointment, I got a call saying that they needed to reschedule my appointment, no apology or reason why. The young girl who schedules appointments and works at the front desk has no phone etiquette and seems so immature on the phone and in person. So, I reschedule my appointment. I show up for my appointment and they dont take me to the room until 10 minutes after my appointment time. The massage therapist (female) didnt even ask me any questions before. She comes in, the room was cold and so was the lotion she was using. I felt like someone was just rubbing lotion on my body, it definitely was not a massage and I wonder if she was even licensed as there is only one licensed certificate at the front desk for Richard. A few minutes into the massage, the massage therapist's child, around age 4, comes in the room...are you serious? Why is your child even there? And, this happened again...after the second time the massage therapist said, ""I knew I should have found a day care today."" How unprofessional. I was appalled and almost got up and left. To make matters even worse, the therapist's phone kept vibrating in her pocket which was so annoying. Massages are supposed to be relaxing...mine was stressful the entire time. I will NEVER being going back but I will be calling to talk to the owner to get my money back. I have never had a worse massage or experience with an establishment which is supposed to provide professionality. DO NOT GO HERE.
