I am a very anxious person when it comes to going to the Dentist. The staff got me in with very friendly service. The Doctor and staff where really nice. Their genuine concern made my fear and embarrassment totally disappear. I do plan going back real soon. more

Unprofessional Office 12/9/2009

I had an 8:30 am appointment - one of the first of the day. I arrived at 8:20 am. Three people came in after me and were called in before me. I spent 55 minutes in the waiting room. I asked why I had to wait so long and was never given a good explanation. Kept saying something about a new patient. I explained that I was not new had even been in during October and November. Talked to the office manager and she said that's just the way it is. Never apologized. Pros: Convenient to work Cons: Does not cater to existing patients more

SUPER GREAT SERVICE! 9/4/2008

DR. KOCH is by far the best dentist around, i have been using him for years and now that i have children they will be using him as well! friendly and does outstanding work! i plan on using his office for all dental and cosmetic work! Pros: fast friendly, and awesome work more

The Best Dentist in Austin (or anywhere I have been)! 2/16/2007

Up until finding Castle Dental, I had been petrified of visiting dentists for nearly 40 years. By the time Dr Arne Koch had fixed my teeth, I had no fears at all. Even going in for a root canal was not a problem anymore. So far as I am concerned the man should be made a saint. Everyone there was kind, professional and courteous. The charges were very reasonable and you get 12 months to pay without any interest charges. They are in a good location too, with ample parking. \r \r I only wish I could rate them 11 out of 10! Pros: A wonderful man who really cares for his patients, a great place to go when you need dental work Cons: None that I could think of more

So I wanted to go here because it's the highest rated dental place that's covered under my plan. The staff was excellent (Claudia, Chris, etc). They explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Dr. Koch, on the other hand, was not really professional and left me without explaining to me almost anything. The staff said he had to go to an emergency patient, but that doesn't mean they can just push me out the door. So, mixed feelings from this place. Pros: excellent staff, covered by my plan Cons: very corporate, not enough attention more
