I worked for Disney for 7 years and I got hired through the casting center. I have been there quite a few times with cross-training and in-cast job opportunities and interviews, like opening a new park or resort. It's actually a pretty easy way to get a job so long as you pass the basic math test and the phone interview. The interview is basically a psychological review to weed out anyone not proper for the job. Most applicants find out the same day as the face-to-face interview if they have the job or not. You then go to traditions which is a 2 week training class. It isn't full pay during the traditions training days, but it is definitely worth the time you put in. I loved my job at Disney and the perks of the job out weigh any others I have had elsewhere. \r
