I am a patient of Dr. Carpenter. She is the best dentist I have ever encountered. However, to call their billing department horrible, would be a compliment. They surprise you with extra costs, that come from the sky. I can understnad underestimating the cost of work by maybe 30%, but not 150 - 200%...Seriously!!!\r \r I wish I could continue to see Dr. Carpenter, however, with all the hidden charges, I can no longer afford to go. more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 11/7/2005

Dr. Carpenter is an excellent dentist, she was the one who saw my sons at their last visit. She has a great manerism which will not frighten kids, which is a great plus when taking children to the dentist. I highly recommend her. more
