Happy with the services at Cassie's. I like that it's a local family owned and operated business. More important, our puppo is very happy and comfortable when left at Cassie's. The dog always smells wonderful and looks well groomed! The staff is very friendly and well educated about dogs in general. Cassie shares her general knowledge of dog care and has been very helpful. I have used Cassie for dog grooming for about 14 years. I moved and needed to use another groomer (other than Cassie) for a few years. The person who was unhappy with Cassie had previously asked others (including me) for a new groomer because of the filthy environment and thinking that her regular (and my PREVIOUS) groomer was ""drugging"" her dog during grooming. This person also thought her dog had fleas and was biting itself and losing fur in certain areas especially the paws. She admitted that the paws were red and fur-less in spots. My though was that the dog was a ""BIG hot mess"" going into Cassie and that it was hard to fix these problems without giving the dog a closer haircut. Cassie documented the dogs condition before attempting any ""fix"". Similar to a person expecting miracles when going to their"" hair stylist"" if there is little to work with!! I have recommended Cassie's to a dozen people and everyone is going to her shop which is priced very fairly and they do a very good cut. I will go out of my way to continue with Cassie rather than go to someone close who is brusk, dirty and supposedly ""drugs"" animals. Cassie and her husband have several beautiful family pets with many being show dogs. They take pride in their care and grooming services. I will continue to go out of my way for this great service!! more

After reading all of the wonderful reviews I thought with these reviews they must be great! WRONG......I had my Maltese cut at Cassie's and when I picked him up he was a mess. I am not very picky but this was by far the worst cut ever. His ears were uneven and one had a big chunk was cut out of his left ear. His body was hacked unevenly by scissors and his poor little legs .....they just look awful. I had to bring him home and try to even him out myself because I didn't want them to touch him again. We will not be returning to Cassies! more

This salon is very professional and has a great staff. Now my groomer Jamie has been my groomer for well over 10 years. When she was at other places I went to that place because of her and not the place. She is so good with my babies. I have dogs that are so afraid of scissors, that the mention of them sends them hiding. When they see them they try to get out the door. Jamie is the only one who can work with them. She is kind and gentle with them. She has a way of calming them down and getting them to behave. We always apologize a head of time and she always says, we'll be fine. She always says the were fine and my Maltese she would say ""what a baby doll"" ""she was a perfect angel"" ""she gave me not trouble at all, let me do everything"". and if she can do my cockapoo? well she deserves the Concessional Medal of Honor. She is truly worth because believe me she has gone to war and survived. Jamie knows what she is doing and does a wonderful job with the dogs all the way around. more

They just recently added my groomer for over 20 yrs. Jamie. She is one of the best and friendliest groomers I've ever met. She grooms Foster now and he's a large pitbull and hard to handle. No problem for her. I don't think that she's ever turned down a problem dog. I love this girl! And Cassie is one of the nicest owners I know. I was a Petco manager for years and know many people in the industry and I give this shop my highest rating. Definitely go there. And if she'll be able to take your pet, see Jamie. The women at Cassie's have never been anything but WONDERFUL with both me, and my dog Rocky. I will not take him anywhere else. When I have been there, the shop has always been very clean, and smelled fresh. Rocky always comes back to me happy, shiny & smelling great! (With a new bandanna every time!) I really do think you are thinking of a different groomer. I have referred Cassie's to a lot of pet owners. They have all been very happy with the services they received. I took my dog (Lucy) to Cassie's for a much needed grooming. She was playing in the mud with my children and her fur felt clumped from the rough play in the yard. Pros: None that I can think of Cons: EVERYTHING! more

If you are looking for a groomer or grooming shop to pamper your pet like only you can; look no further. Cassie's is the most welcoming shop I have come across. My dog relcutant to go with anyone new, went right along with Cassie. The results amazing. For the first time, I actually saw the cut I requested on my dog. It has been two weeks and she still smells clean. The ladies there were wonderful all around. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new groomer to give Cassie's a try.
