Worst

I can't believe they charged $15 to change a watch battery. I guess they don't want any future business from me.

Won't stand behind their work. 5/16/2010

Living here in greensboro I've heard how wonderful Cass Jewelers is so I took my very expensive watch to them to be repaired. They not only broke the watch so it no longer works, they refused to do anything about it. I would NEVER buy or have any repairs done there. As long as everything goes well, there very nice and friendly, but if something goes wrong the nice friendly staff and owners will sing another tune. more

Elegant & Friendly 11/29/2005

If you need something special engraved, Cass Jewelers does an outstanding job at a reasonable price. They don't charge you extra if the item you want engraved was purchased elsewhere. I was promptly helped and made to feel comfortable right away. The gentleman helped me decide on the best script for a wedding cake knife. I was told when the engraving would be finished & was notified when my knife was ready for pickup. The price was much lower than other places I had found and the engraving was beautiful. more
