There is way too much to list. I will make this as short as possible. We moved into a filthy apartment-dirty carpet, floors, cabinets, dead insects, mold in windows and bathrooms. Previous tenants bodily remains and belongings were also left behind. Office staff did nothing, in turn we had to go to corporate to get results. The office staff is unprofessional and worthless. They don't care about tenants and will never return a phonecall. The one out of probably 50 phonecalls we made this year got returned in 3 months..no exaggeration! There are spiders..some poisonous. Parking is an issue. People in our building refuse to park in a parking space so if you have a garage, forget getting out or into it. The office won't help us. I've done almost $1000 damage to my new car. Parking is a nightmare. Want to go swimming? If you are a clean persons like we are..don't go to this nasty pool..it's gross and full of smokers everywhere...not kid friendly or nonsmokers. I've lived here for a little over 6 months and love it. The people are awesome. I love my neighbors. It's getting to be summer I can't wait until I get to lay by the pool and relax. My apartment is great. I have so much space and I have a Garage. You have direct access to your apartment. I don't have to listen to people walking in and out of their apartments. And I never get wet when it rains. I love it. It is the best place to live in the boro I promise. Pros: The whole complex, outside and in. Cons: that I can't live here forever more
