ASTONISHINGLY UNRELIABLE 11/23/2011

This will be my first and absolute last experience with these people. I dropped off 14 items to the store, which were promised for pickup in 7 days (which seems an inordinate amount of time in the first place). These garments were to make up my wardrobe for a vacation beginning the following day. I was appalled and shocked to find that the store decided to close early at 3 (the receipt states that they close at 7pm), which will require me to spend the first day of vacation (and a great deal of money) shopping for an entire wardrobe of summer clothes to replace the ones being held hostage by Caskey. I'm sick to my stomach just thinking about it. VERY BAD BUSINESS more

Reasonable prices 9/28/2005

I've been taking my dry cleaning to them for the past couple of months. Once, one of my tops have been returned to me with a stain still visible. When I pointed this out to the associate he took the sweater back to the back and when he returned the stain was gone! They offer convenient hours from 6a to 6 or 7p during the week.
