last review The last review that discribs horrible service is unfounded. We have tired numerous times to contact this customer by leaving responses and emails. This person has not contacted our office at all. As a business with over 5 years exp we have never had any complaints about our service. We have never recieved anything in the mail or by phone to request repairs from a customer by the Last name Schultz. I invite the person making these claims to call me at my office and allow me to assist them with the problems they are claiming occured. We beliieve that this person is not a Casity & Sons Customer. We pride ourselvs on our excellent customer service and large amount of repeat customer due to our great prices and awesome service techs. SO AGAIN I ASK THAT THE PERSON WITH THE PREVISOUS REVIEW IF YOU REALLY EXSIST AND HAVE A LEGINAMENT INVOICE AND HAVE INDEED HAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY US PLEASE CALL MY OFFICE SO WE MAY ASSIST YOU AND RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES.\r \r Pros: great prices and great customer service more

I would never use their services again. Very unprofessional and rude. Especially the office manager. Pros: Nothing good to say Cons: They caused so much damage to my home. I am still mad. more
