I do the small business for food. When I live in Cour d' Alene, Idaho, I did same business and keep buy from Spokane Valley Cash & Carry,WA for about 3 year, also Cour d' alene and Spokane Valley is drive 35 minute away. because, Spokane Valley's Cash & Carry all employees were so nice to customers and totally different from Medford Cash & Carry and cheaper than that store. I understand about customers is always right, depend on customers. But, I try to keep my customers happy, and to listen to their concerns for my business is always good. I usually buy from Medford Cash & Carry monthly, sometime every two week. Medford Cash & Carry Manager and Cashier were so rude. So, I'll never buy from their store again and buy from some where. May be different $20 expensive than their store for a month. Doesn't matter for happy.
