My husband and I took a television there to pawn to pay a bill. We went back there to pick it up and the television was broke. Now remind you that when we took it up there is was in perfect shape no scrapes are scratches nor was it broken. Well on the 22nd day of February we when there to pick up our television we paid our money the young pushed our television out on a cart and we had noticed that both sides of the television casing were cracked at the top. So my husband said wait what happened to our television and all they could say way I don't know I didn't brake it, it wasn't me. By that time my husband was very upset because we didn't take the television to them broken. After about 30 mins. went by and my husband telling the guy that he needs to get on the phone and call the manger and do something about this matter the guy tells my husband that he wasn't calling anyone that he would inform her about it tomorrow and give us a call back. So then another 20 mins. went by a the guy comes back and says he had talked to corporate office and they told him to give us another television but the catch was that the one that they was giving us was way smaller than the one that they had of ours. So if I was you don't fool with Knox Jewelry & Loans at 2133 E. Magnolia Ave. Knoxville, TN. 37917 because they brake your stuff and don't want to do anything about it....
