I had no issues with Case Inspection Services at all. Bob came out to do a pre-inspection of the property before I put it out on the market, which was recommended by my Realtor. It went great! He was on time, he took even less time than he thought to do it, and had a report to me the next day. I would highly recommend them. more

I tagged along as Bob made a thorough inspection of the home I have a contract on. He pointed out the strengths of the property, as well as things that would need to be changed in the near term, and made suggestions on what will need fixing in the longer term. He answered my many questions, and took away any remaining uncertainty about the structural integrity of the building and its components during the inspection process. I have been using Case Inspection Services personally, and highly recommending to my real estate clients for over 10 years now. The great service begins with your first call to their office and continues through the super detailed PDF report of the inspection which contains photos and illustrations of any concerns. These have been incredibly useful for communicating / sharing with clients and other agents who are often out of town. Fantastic construction knowledge combined with excellent "real world" advice. If Bob doesn't have an answer, he has an extensive list of great referrals who can get the answer - and quickly. Best inspection you'll find and I recommend Case every chance I get. I was given a list of inspectors and Case Inspection Services was the highest one on the list. I made an appointment with them, and then had to reschedule a couple of times, you know how it goes, and they were so accommodating and really couldn't have been nicer. I appreciated that they really worked with me and my schedule. They were able to do the inspection, and I got the report the following day, it was so fast! In the end, we actually decided not to go with the property, mostly based on their recommendations. We found their report to be very thorough and meticulous. Just think, it was a twenty-five page report on a mobile home, that's pretty informative! Also, they were completely open to answering any questions or concerns I might have during the inspection and from the report.
