I bought a car from Casco Bay Ford yesterday from a sales professional named, Ben Seefeldt. What a GREAT customer based dealership. I live over 2 hours away, and like everyone, life is extremely busy. They offered to drive the car to me, and leave it so that I may have the opportunity to test drive it. We drove to the dealership early in the morning to either make a deal, or return the car. I was presently surprised by how fast they and caring they are. I flew in and out of there like a hurricane. My husband and I had to go to work in the afternoon and brought our 3 young children, 2 of them got sick on the long drive down. Needless, to say we were in a hurry. Ben, was to the point, fast and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. After, we settled on a price (one that is VERY reasonable) and was finishing paperwork, they cleaned the car again, and filled it up with gas. This place was defiantly worth driving over 2 hours. :)HIGHLY Recommended!!!! more

I had a great experience down at Caasco Bay ford. They knew how to give a great deal and were able to get me everything I needed and all with the right car. Everyone I met from the salesman to the manager to the business manager to sign me up treated me well to the end. I will tell everyone about my experience there and will be returning for service. more

My experience with this dealer started out ok but went down hill fast. I purchased a 2011 F350 . I think my sales person was straight with me but his boss Bob Berwick told me things that he knew to be false then lied to his boss and threw the salesman under the bus. I don't know about you but I work to hard for my money to give it to someone who deals like this. Please take my advice and go somewhere else. more

We found all the people at Casco Bay Ford very orientated toward us as a customer. They were very clear in what they could do for us and what they could not do. We never felt that we were given self serving intformation from any member fo the staff. Pros: Customer Service Cons: None for us. more
