With Cascade Northern Mortgage?s help, my husband and I got out first home two years ago and now we have just completed a refinance. Both times we have been very pleased with how we were treated and with the mortgage rates. They really work for you to get the best possible mortgage that will work with your unique situations. They explained everything and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Pros: Friendly and open atmosphere. more

Love doing business with Lynn and crew 12/11/2006

I was treated like I was the only customer left in the world. I feel very comfortable recommending this wonderful company to anyone out there looking to purchase a new home, or refinance an exisiting home. Great company to deal with and a very friendly feel about how they relate to the customer. Pros: What more can I say, they took care of me. more

I have never been this happy about a refinance 12/11/2006

They offered a very good service in terms of how I was treated. Very friendly and caring, they realy wantd what was best for me and not just another mortgage they can get a commission on. They were on point with what I needed to provide and how quickly we could get this done. I will do all of my mortgage financing through them in the future. more
