Waiting for the doctor 8/31/2016

I brought my disabled wife in for her 10:00 AM appointment at Cascade Eye & Skin Centers 5225 Cirque Drive West, Ste #200 University Place, Washington 98467 Phone: 253-848-3000 for her eye treatment and once again was informed that the wait for the doctor would be over 40 minutes we did not wait we left. We have had these waiting for the doctor at Cascade Eye & Skin Centers end up being as much as 3 hours past our appointment. We are looking for a new eye doctor. more

I recently had eye surgery with Dr.Evelyn Fu to repair damage do to sudden trauma to my right eye. The staff at cascade skin and eye center were very prompt in getting me the services I needed to repair the damage to my eye. I would like to thank them for taking such great care of me when I may have seamed a little confused because this all happened so fast and I will always recommend cascade skin and eye centers. Excellence 3/16/2015

That's what they strive for and as far as I can see and they seem to have attained it. II have never seen a business this we'll run. Not only are the patients satisfied and well served, the staff and physicians exhibit the same contagious compentecy and enthusiasm. more
