Caleb Easley treats me as though I'm his most important customer, with personal attention to my car, my questions, and regular updates on the status of any repair. My sense is every Cascade Auto Clinic gets this level of service. High quality work, never any overselling or pushing unnecessary additions. I had a catalytic converter that needed a replacement. Not only did Cascade perform the services extremely well, when the 'universal' catalytic converter did not fit my vehicle, Caleb and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it would be resolved in a cost-effective and efficient manner. more

Cascade Auto Clinic - Good Experience 4/10/2013

I have taken a few cars to them for repair/scheduled Maintenance, each time the customer service was great, the invoices came in pretty close to the estimates. Overall, I would return for repairs or scheduled maint. for my VW. more
