When calling Casa View Plumbing when you want to know a price it is hard to give one due to the numerous factors involved in the repair. We like to see the problem first so we know exactly what is it we are dealing with before pricing is given. That way the customer gets an actual price not a guess. Customers calling & wanting prices will often ask for the manager to get pricing. Think of it as when you get sick & you go to the doctor. The doctor cannot give you price for all the testing he or she may need to do over the phone. Plumbing has many variables & is not always black & white in pricing, therefore it is hard to give a price on most things over the phone. more

the worst customer service!!!! 3/28/2011

I called to schedule an appt to have a sink replaced: The woman who answered the phone, Charlene, was clearly not interested in new business. She would not answer any of my questions and seemed incredibly put out that I had called. When I asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Daniels, she told me that she would give Mr. Daniels my name and # but couldn't be sure that he would cal me back. When I said that it made no sense to me that a manager would possibly not return a customers call, she said that she didn't want to argue with me and HUNG UP on me! Scary customer service. I guess Casa View plumbing doesn't want any new customers!! more
